What you wear can hold you back…

or it can move you forward.

We’re here for the second one.

Most people don’t think about clothing until it’s a problem.

It doesn’t fit the moment.

It doesn’t feel like you.

It sends the wrong message—or no message at all.

At Mind & Style Studio, we help individuals, institutions, and brands use clothing more intentionally—to support clarity, confidence, and presence in how they show up.

Our work sits at the intersection of identity, presentation, and emotional insight—bridging how people feel with how they’re seen.

Why It Matters

Clothing isn’t a surface detail. It’s emotional infrastructure.

It shapes how people feel, how they move, how they’re perceived, and most of all, how much of themselves they actually bring into the room.

Mind & Style Studio exists to make that visible; So people can show up fully, and systems can finally reflect what they say they value.

Meet Elisabeth Philip

A woman with long, wavy hair smiling at the camera, sitting at a table in a room with large windows and a framed picture on the wall.

Elisabeth Philip is the founder of Mind & Style Studio, and a psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience in the Johns Hopkins Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Her work focused on identity, self-esteem, body image, and emotional transformation.

Trained by Vogue in fashion theory and presentation, Elisabeth now brings that depth of expertise into a new kind of work—helping individuals and institutions use clothing as a tool for alignment, leadership, and self-recognition.

The result? People look more put together—because what they’re wearing finally makes sense. It reflects who they are, what they value, and how they want to be seen.

Her method is intuitive, narrative-driven, and deeply human.

Whether she’s working with individuals in transition, advising fashion and media brands, or speaking to executive teams, her goal is the same: To make personal presentation more intelligent, more intentional, and more impactful.
